Manages all department work flow through Asana (program management system) to analyze and adapt team workloads and timelines to maximize efficiency and balance. Develops and supervise team members of multiple events to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Plans, develops, implements, and manages a team through complete task definitions and work requirement identification and assignments. Identifies and acquires necessary resources and coordinates efforts by all parties to ensure timely delivery of events in accordance with sponsoring source's expectations. 
Works closely and collaboratively with teams to plan, direct, organize, and execute within requirements of university-wide and unit sponsored events.Responds to all inquiries regarding project status of potential and registered events.
Serves as liaison to the cross-functional special events team and distributes events that need university approval (works with colleagues from Risk Management Environmental Health Service Office of General Counsel Educational Outreach and Student Services Venue Managers). Builds, develops and maintains relationships vital to project or event success. Educates and presents the new event guidelines to various groups across the enterprise.
